XRPL Explorer Provides MutableFlags Visibility On MPTs

Update Details
The XRPL Explorer, an XRP Ledger explorer, was updated on Oct. 9, 2026. Per its GitHub repository, the XRPL Explorer is developed by Ripple. Per the GitHub notes, the explorer now supports Dynamic MPT, as set out in the XLS-94 spec. Per the change notes, the explorer decodes and shows the MutableFlags field on MPT issuance transactions and ledger objects.
Token Page Changes
Per the change notes, an MPT token page shows a Mutable marker on capabilities the issuer can still turn on, plus a Mutable row for metadata.
